WILD AT HEART - Eric Hynynen

WILD AT HEART is a celebration of life and our intimate relationship with Nature.

I’ve spent much of my life outside; playing in, exploring and enjoying the beauty of our landscape. I’m fascinated by the eternal cycle of renewal. Nature is resilient, the return to the earth is a transformation that nourishes new life.

The concept of rewilding is progressive, for gardens and for people. Cracking the moulds we’ve been poured in to and letting our roots be free is liberating.

Documenting fragments of my time in Nature through painting is time well spent. These meditative works invite connection and reflect the oneness of all things in our natural world. I hope my exhibition encourages you to slow down, go outside and be wild at heart.
